Atomy Bamboo Salt is created by putting sea salt from which the bittern has been removed in native bamboo barrels and roasting it 9 times over a pine wood fire in a kiln.
- Uses bittern removed sea salt.
It uses bittern-free sea salt from the west coast that has been in storage for more than 3 years.
- Uses native bamboo barrels.
It uses more than 3 years old native bamboo, which contains abundant natural sulfur.
- Mince the bittern-free salt with the mineral water refined with charcoal powder and put it in the bamboo barrels.
- Roasted in a kiln.
Block the entrance of the bamboo barrels using yellow clay to prevent the inflow of sand and place them in the kiln.
- Uses only pine firewood.
The fire is made using only pine wood, and the temperature inside the kiln is kept at over 800 degrees celsius.
- Total of 8 times repetitive process of baking and firing.
